Deceiver Patch
The Deceiver patch has been released and includes a number of changes and new features. The Conquest Mode is now accessible from the main game menu, and there are several new gods available to play including the Deceiver. The full patch notes can be found below.

-Fixed an issue where player characters would sometimes become stuck in the ground after being hit by certain abilities
Conquest Mode
The new Conquest mode has arrived! This four-player mode pits teams of gods against each other in a battle to control the most temples. The first team to capture six temples wins the match. Here are some tips for playing Conquest mode:
-Capture enemy temples quickly to gain an advantage over your opponents.
-Destroy enemy gods to weaken them, and then capture their temples.
-Stay alive by healing and buffing your allies, and destroying enemy god statues.
-Be sure to use your god’s special abilities wisely, as they can tip the balance of power in your team’s favor.
More Improvements and Bug Fixes
The Smite patch notes for the week of November 9 contain a number of notable improvements and bug fixes, including new changes to Deceiver and Conquest mode. Check out the full list below!
Additional Improvements and Bug Fixes:
-Added a new hotkey for issuing commands to allied gods in Conq mode (default: “Ctrl+R”).
-Fixed an issue where players would sometimes not be able to complete certain objectives in Conquest mode.
-Fixed an issue where players were not always able to slay the boss creatures in the Temple of the Damned in Deceiver Mode.
-Fixed an issue where players were not always able to purchase items from the shop in Deceiver Mode.
-Fixed an issue where players were not always able to complete ranked matches in Deceiver Mode.
-Fixed an issue where players were not always able to receive gold from defeated enemies in Deceiver Mode.
