These include a $2 fee for paying via ACH transfer and a 2.75% fee for credit card transactions. Tenants can also purchase renter’s insurance on the platform and pay certain small screening fees for credit or criminal history reports.

Landlords can cover these fees if they wish but aren’t required to. For most Innago users, access to the software—and all its features—remains free year long.

Overall, Innago’s customer support received 4.9 stars out of 5 on Capterra. Landlord Studio’s support team was rated only slightly lower, at 4.8 stars.
